To fulfil a social obligation by providing affordable housing without compromising on quality, safety, convenience, and to meet your housing needs as best as possible. ​Cubic Housing is one of the few organisations that holds a ‘Community Housing Provider’ (CHP) license. We collaborate with developers, builders, the community and the government to bring Australians affordable housing in NSW.

Relieving housing stress by providing rental properties for those who are eligible is our ultimate goal.

We recognise the rising demand for affordable housing due to a variety of reasons. The current housing crisis with rising demand for property has led to soaring rental prices, affecting affordability for many. A change in your circumstances can also affect your financial ability to compete for rental homes in the private market. We empathise with hardworking income earners struggling to find affordable housing within their budget. Therefore, it is our purpose to provide sustainable solutions to meet your community housing needs. We are here to encourage private sector participation, along with working with the NSW Government to jointly solve the housing supply crisis.

As a CHP organisation, we abide by the strict criteria set out by the government. We assess each prospective tenant to determine if they are eligible to apply for affordable housing assistance. 

We advise property developers during their planning process to provide affordable housing on their site in order to maximise their ‘Floor Space Ratio’ (FSR). This is subjected to council approval.


We pride ourselves in offering the finest and most ethical standard of service with a dedicated and compassionate team of property managers rich in experience and trained to meet the needs of approved tenants.

We manage a property portfolio that meets the ‘affordable housing’ criteria.​ Our portfolio spans across New South Wales with a focus in the Sydney region. We offer a range of accommodation types and sizes. Our goal is to increase affordable home supplies in NSW resulting to a win-win for the community, government and the private sector.

Ethics is every initiative to promote the assistance of communities and protect hardworking people from being priced out of any accommodation in a soaring property market.
