We collect information that is necessary and relevant to manage our real estate office and in particular to the tenancy in which your application relates to. This information may include your name, address, date of birth, gender, credit history, rental history, employment details, and contact details. Wherever practicable we will only collect information from you personally. However, we may also need to collect information from other sources such as third party record system such as tenancy databases.
