Wegland has been in the property industry for more than 20 years, primarily in medium to high density living. Having worked with some of Australia’s largest property agencies and developers, Wegland realised that he needed a purpose in his professional life and felt that housing affordability is an ongoing issue that needed to be resolved with urgency.
Having met Lisa from years ago in a professional encounter, he discovered the mission of Cubic Housing was in alignment with his values regarding the concept of providing more affordable housing. Therefore, Wegland decided to join Cubic Housing.
With Wegland’s empathy and professional experience, he is confident that alongside Lisa and the team, he is able to make a difference to how affordable housing will evolve in the years to come.

Lisa Wang
Managing Director
Lisa is the founder and managing director of Cubic Housing. Prior to the founding of Cubic Housing, Lisa has been in the real estate business for more than 20 years. During this time, she has established a successful sales and property management business, servicing a wide range of clienteles from investors to prominent property developers.
Due to Lisa’s awareness of the housing crisis with rising demand causing rental prices soaring, Lisa felt compelled to alleviate the housing crisis. Hence, the founding of Cubic Housing.
Lisa’s mission for Cubic Housing is to provide as much affordable housing to people in need. Lisa is renowned for her ‘down to earth’ service towards her tenants and affordable housing providers. Her rich experience in dealing with people from all walks of life and different cultures has enabled her to develop a friendly and harmonious relationship with all her clients. She is determined to be a part of the solution to alleviate the housing crisis and meet the needs of the less fortunate ones.
